Former home of Ernest Hothorn, Sr, Gentleman farmer and builder who bought a large parcel of land bounded by Scarsdale Road to the Bronx River, from St. Eleanora’s Lane to just past Juana Street. His plan was to build luxury homes for the elite: Hothorn Acres.

The original carriage house for Ernest Hothorn's home at 370 Crestwood Avenue had stables below and servent's quarters above. See Hothorn Acres

Former home of Dorothy Horton Schultze. Schultze Field was named in honor of her son. Part of the original Hothorn Acres.
